The team also seeks input from facilities management and real estate professionals. The Project Team establishes and maintains timelines and budgets for the entire project, from site selection to occupancy. The Project Team will also consider such issues as on-going utility costs, maintainance issues, expansion possibilities, and operational flexibility.
Client service begins by having the right Project Team in place. Robert Sharp Architect has a staff of five with professional expertise in design, construction, urbanism, sustainability, and value engineering. We also have excellent relationships with qualified structural, civil, and mechanical engineers. Depending on the project, we may also call upon landscape architects, lighting designers, acoustic consultants, or interior design professionals.
