The common break area for the building's office tenants is located so that this light-filled social space serves as a social hub.

The original building had been added onto multiple times creating a labyrinth of spaces. During the renovation process, a clear pattern of interior circulation was created.

Corridor spaces were massaged to allow the creation of a central gallery space to be shared by the office tenants

The interior space was subdivided to allow a variety of different tenant spaces. Attention to common areas is consistent throughout the building.
